Delete your Orvia account
Updated October 7, 2026
You can request deletion of your Orvia hosted account and associated data without reinstalling the app. This page is provided by ninetynine.systems LLC, the developer of Orvia.
Use the secure web page below to sign in with Google, review the deletion details and confirm your request. Opening the page does not delete your account. If you cannot use it, send a request to our support inbox; we will verify account ownership before processing it.
You can also email sazid@ninetynine.systems directly with the subject Orvia account deletion.
What to include
- The Google email address used to sign in to Orvia. Send from that address if possible; if you no longer have access, explain that in the request.
- Whether you want your whole hosted account deleted or help removing particular data.
- Any conversation-report references whose emailed copies you also want removed.
Do not send passwords, identity tokens, purchase tokens, payment card details or a conversation ZIP to verify your identity. We will contact you if more verification is needed.
Hosted data and data on your phone
Account deletion concerns the hosted Google identity/email, sessions, usage records, allowances, subscription records and recoverable purchase tokens. We will explain any necessary retained records before processing your request.
Local conversations, notes, widgets and settings stay on your phone. Remove them in Orvia, clear its app storage in Android Settings, or uninstall separately. Google and other providers have their own records and deletion policies.
The automatic flow retains only hashed identifiers and a deletion receipt for 180 days from acceptance to handle late billing events and duplicate requests; scheduled cleanup removes these after expiry. Backup copies have a separate lifecycle; a fixed expiry for every backup copy is not currently guaranteed. See the privacy policy’s deletion and retention section.
Subscriptions and refunds
Uninstalling, signing out or emailing a deletion request does not cancel Google Play renewal. While support verifies and processes your request, you can stop renewal in Google Play subscriptions. This does not prevent you from requesting account deletion.
The automatic flow stops and verifies future subscription payments before completing deletion. Running usage must settle first. If a service is unavailable, the page can show a pending request that is retried; it does not claim completion. It does not issue a refund. Use Google Play’s refund process for refund requests.
Removing an emailed conversation report
Include its report reference in an email to support. Emailed reports are handled separately from hosted-account records. Our company-copy retention policy is 30 days from receipt, with earlier-removal requests handled through support. Your email provider’s drafts and sent copies are separate.
