Orvia terms of use
Updated October 7, 2026
These terms apply to Orvia, the Android home screen and AI assistant made by ninetynine.systems LLC, and its hosted services. By using Orvia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.
Orvia is currently in internal testing. Available features depend on your app version, service configuration and region. A preview or planned feature is not a promise that it is already available.
Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of your content. You allow Orvia to process it as needed for the features you request, as explained in the Orvia privacy policy. You are responsible for the prompts, files, accounts, services and API keys you use, and must have permission to use and share them.
Do not use Orvia to break the law, harm another person, access data without permission, create prohibited content, or interfere with a device or service. We may restrict hosted access for abuse, security risks or violations of these terms.
Review AI answers and actions
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe. Review important answers and proposed actions before relying on them. Device tools require the permission or approval shown in the app, but that does not guarantee that an AI proposal is appropriate.
Orvia does not provide professional medical, legal or financial advice and is not an emergency service. You remain responsible for real-world decisions and actions, including messages, calendar changes, files, purchases and health or financial decisions.
Hosted access and subscriptions
Hosted access requires Google sign-in. Orvia is free to download, with Free access and optional Plus and Pro monthly subscriptions where offered. Included AI usage is limited; it is not an unlimited service or a cash balance. Models, limits and available features can change.
Google Play shows the local price, billing period and renewal conditions before you confirm a purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Google Play. Uninstalling Orvia or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
You can manage or cancel renewal in Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends, subject to Google’s current subscription state. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies and applicable rights; cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.
Plus/Pro switching is being tested and has not yet been released. If a plan change is offered in your version, review its displayed price, timing and allowance rules before confirming. Do not assume an immediate change, refund or credit carryover unless the offer says so.
Third-party services
Google, AI providers, connected services and MCP servers have their own terms, privacy practices, prices, limits and availability. Using them through Orvia does not remove your obligations to those services. We do not control their content or operation.
Reports and support
You can contact support or report an unsafe response. In app versions with reporting, review the selected response before sending it. Emailing the full conversation ZIP is a separate optional choice with its own consent. Reports help us investigate and improve safeguards. We do not promise an immediate reply or a particular resolution. The privacy policy explains report contents and retention.
Ending use and deleting an account
You can stop using Orvia at any time. Clear app storage or uninstall separately to remove local data. To request removal of your hosted account and associated data, use the account-deletion page. Deletion is separate from signing out and from requesting a refund.
The automatic deletion update is still being prepared. Until it is available, support handles requests after identity verification. If you have an active subscription, manage renewal in Google Play while your request is being processed.
Software, availability and legal rights
Orvia’s original code, design and branding belong to ninetynine.systems LLC. Open-source components remain under their own licences, listed in the app’s Open source screen. These terms do not grant permission to copy our branding or proprietary parts.
The app and hosted services are provided as available and may change, pause or stop. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of Orvia. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We will communicate material changes before they apply to the relevant app or service. For questions, email sazid@ninetynine.systems. Separate website terms apply to this company site.
